We are seeking an experienced full-time System Engineer Technician for both remote and onsite support of business grade technologies. This job requires a minimum of 4 years of experience managing Windows Servers and Desktops.

Required Technical Skills:

  • HP ML, DL and Dell PowerEdge server hardware skills including support of hardware RAID technologies.
  • VMware ESXi (5/6.x), Windows Server 2008 – 2019, and Terminal Server environments.
  • New Server builds, configuring and migrating domain controllers, GPO, etc.
  • Security and virus removal.
  • Computer networking, Active Directory, and strong TCP/IP, DNS, router setup and configuration experience.
  • Desktop troubleshooting experience required with Windows 7/8/10 in a business network setting.
  • Hosted Exchange and Office 365 experience.

Recommended Technical Skills:

  • Project Management experience.
  • Mac or Linux experience.
  • Experience troubleshooting a wide variety of common business applications including Office 365, Quickbooks, & Syncplicity.
  • Experience using a CRM/Ticket Management system to track, document, and manage client needs.

Other Requirements:

  • Must have good communication skills to be able to interact with many different personalities as you will be in direct contact with clients.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to adapt to new technologies as they present themselves.
  • Multitasking skills are important since you will be required to balance the needs of multiple clients at once.
  • Reliable transportation. (Mileage and expenses are reimbursed if client visits are required.)
